Some our garments are made to order and can take upto 7-10 working days to be made + delivery time when they are ready to post. If you require your item sooner please email us and we will try our best to get to you in-time.

Customs & Import Duties
European Union (EU)
VAT and duties are theΒ customerβs responsibility, and will be collected by the carrier prior to delivery.
Rest of World
Customs and taxes areΒ paid by the customer. Charges vary by destination and are determined by your local customs authority.
USA Customers
Customs charges are currently higher, ranging fromΒ 30β40%Β of the order value, plus administration fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before delivery.
Unpaid Duties & Returned Parcels
If customs fees or import duties areΒ not paid by the customerΒ and the parcel isΒ returned to us, a refund will be issuedΒ minus the original shipping cost and any return or handling fees incurredduring the return process.

RETURNS
IN STOCK READY TO SENDΒ
We offer refunds on IN STOCK items only,Β that are unworn, in the original packaging and returned withinΒ 14 DAYSΒ of you receiving the item.
β’ Items must be returned, unworn with tags intact, any slight stains or odours due to trying on, we be will returned to you as it's no longer able to be resold.
β’Β If you return your item within the 14 days, we are willing to refund your order amount or exchange your product for another one( If this is what you prefer).
β’ Sale items, custom, or made-to-order Β garments are strictly non-refundable.

MADE TO ORDERΒ
We offer exchange only or store credit for standard-size Made to Order garments.
β’ Items must be returned withinΒ 14 DAYSΒ of delivery.
β’ If you provide your measurements and the garment is made specifically for you, it becomes non-returnable, but we will offer free alterations within 14 days of receipt.
